Payment and dispatch

The following conditions apply:

Delivery is made within Germany and to the following countries:

Belgium, Croatia, Czech Republic, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Bulgaria, Andorra, Estonia, Lithuania, Austria, Denmark, Gibraltar, Switzerland, Finland, Norway, Sweden.

Shipping costs (including statutory VAT)

Domestic deliveries (Germany):

4.95€ shipping costs up to an order value of 34,94€ - free of charge thereafter
From an order value of €34,95 we deliver free of charge.

Deliveries abroad:

EU shipping fee: €5.95 up to an order value of €49,94 - free of charge thereafter

Non-EU shipping fee: €9.95 up to an order value of 99,94€ - free of charge thereafter

Delivery times

Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered in Germany within 1-3 days, for deliveries abroad within 3-5 days after conclusion of the contract (if advance payment has been agreed after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will dispatch the goods in a single consignment, unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.

Further details on payment

If you pay by credit card (without using a payment service provider), your credit card account will be debited when the contract is concluded.
